We ship from multiple warehouses depending on the product!
Most orders, in general, take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days to be delivered once shipped.
However, please keep in mind that shipping may be slightly delayed during holidays.

Your tracking number will be sent to you once your package ships.
You will find it in the shipping confirmation email that is sent to you.
If you can't find it, please contact us and we'll have a support agent send it again!

As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be able to update your shipping address for you.

We can typically ship packages out anywhere (not North Korea though!).
There are also some countries that may have issues with customs or just not receiving our packages, so please email us to be sure!

This typically happens if your address is incorrect or if there was an issue on the shipping carriers end (like a damaged shipping label).
But we'll make it right and have another one shipped out!

First, please check your spam folder for the e-mail.
If it isn't there, then please try checking your other e-mail addresses (it's possible you may have ordered with another e-mail).
If you still can't find the e-mail, then please contact our support team. We will try using your name and other details to try and find the order for you!

Orders that have already been processed unfortunately cannot be cancelled.

Of course! You can return your items whenever you want after purchasing it, and we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked.

If you paid via credit card, it can take around 3 - 5 business days. PayPal refunds should be instant unless if you paid via credit card or e-check with PayPal.

Don't worry, you can just contact us and we'll apply it to your order (in the form of a partial refund).

First, we clean whatever or fix the products you send back to us if they've been used.
Second, we ask our family and friends if they want the item and give it to them if it fits or if they want it!
If we can't find anyone who wants to keep the returned item, we simply donate it or take it to a company that can repurpose the product.
We don't believe in creating more waste than necessary so we look at all options before having to dispose of it.
